Legends secured bridge financing to acquire and sell several million dollars worth of solar facilities from one of its early backers. The Investment Criteria was created to persuade project owners to sell to Legends Solar.

Legends Solar’s plan was to acquire solar facilities and syndicate them out to retail investors. Legends had hoped to acquire a small project and syndicate it between accredited investors to validate its model prior to opening to a wider audience.

Developers were attracted to Legends’ promise of  timely and expeditious dilligencing and other financial structuring options unique to Legends.
