The Investor Horizon Factsheet was provided to leads in advance of a pro forma investment overview. This was an important step that both helped to educate potential investors and allow Legends to anticipate future demand.

The Factsheet provided a concise and general summary of investment risk profile, returns, duration and other mechanics, as well as the product features Legends would provide.  

Once Legends provided a pro forma and investment overview to clients, they already knew what to expect because they had reviewed the Investor horizon factsheet. Legends Solar obtained many precommitments to invest in solar facilities on the strength of the factsheet.
