The Marketing Website was the primary touchpoint where new users would learn about Legends Solar’s unique value proposition.
While the site looks simple, it was a challenge to communicate how Legends works in the few moments most people budget to review a webpage. Early iterations were too information dense and had other issues surfaced by dozens of user tests and hours of qualitative research.
The sites ‘call-to-action’ was for visitors to ‘reserve panels’ by selecting the number of modules they wanted to purchase and entering their name and email address. Once the site was complete, it succeeded in converting over five percent of all visitors into ‘panel reservers’.
The site integrated sophisticated marketing tools that retargeted visitors until they ‘reserved panels’, tracked users over paid social media and email engagement, and produced ‘look-a-like’ audiences to improve ad targeting.
